It was decent base for travelling to York, I was glad to stay there. The entire interior decor was lovely...

I had a really comfortable and enjoyable 2-night stay at this place, the kitchen facilities were great for cooking.

We really enjoyed the location, it was particularly good and amazing, close enough to supermarket, shops bars and restaurants and the pubs. It had private bathroom which was clean.

There was nothing I didnt like. It met the demands.

I had a fantastic stay at 35 Cocoa Suites! The location was amazing, with a beautiful view of the canal from my window. It was the perfect place to come back to after a day of exploring the city. The car park was secure, allowing me to leave my car there for my entire stay, and the city centre was just a short walk away. The apartment was clean and well-equipped with everything I needed, and I especially appreciated the little box of goodies left for me.

After a long day of exploring the city, it was such a pleasure to come back to 35 Cocoa Suites. the view of the canal from the window was absolutely lovely and added to the overall experience. the fact that there was a secure car park was a great bonus, allowing us to leave our car for the entire stay and easily walk into the city center. the apartment itself was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed. The little box of goodies left for us was a nice touch, and the customer service was excellent, with a helpful call the day before to ensure we had all the instructions we needed for access. Stayed at 35 Cocoa Suites for a weekend getaway. Great location, walking distance to town center. Good hot shower with stable temperature and nice outlook over the river. Very clean and well-equipped apartment. Loved the private parking space, gated entry, and elevator to all floors. The secure entry system gave us peace of mind, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. Excellent customer service, with a pre-call to ensure we had access instructions.

The convenience of having a parking spot on site was a plus, although getting in and out of the car park was a bit of a hassle. The location was great, with just a short walk to the city center. There were several aspects of the stay that were not up to par. the cooker had timing issues, making it difficult to cook properly.
